ALLEVIATE can be applied neat by applying 1-3 drops to the base of the neck and temples as needed for tension and headaches. It can also be used topically by diluting in a carrier oil at a 1:1 dilution ratio. (For every 1 drop of ALLEVIATE, use 1 drops of Almond oil or another carrier of your choosing.)
